Just Released - Improved Investor Portal Reporting

Improved Investor Reporting

In this update, we have improved the investor portal portfolio view, making it suitable for reporting on any private asset class. This includes several cosmetic changes to the portfolio returns graph, making it easier for investors to interact with and quickly understand. Investors can now also view more detailed return metrics across multiple funds in the portfolio view, allowing them to compare the performance of different investments over time more easily.

At the fund level, we have also improved reporting. Investors can now see more detailed metrics regarding their investment performance, including IRR, Cash Yield and Equity Multiple calculations.

The graph for holding value over time has been upgraded, as has how we display fund key metrics, such as the NAV and GAV. In future updates, we will allow fund managers to add custom metrics that make sense for their specific investments.

Finally, we have improved the user experience for investors looking to find documents or view transactions. All documents and transactions (across investors’ entire portfolio) can now be found in the main navigation with the ability to filter and sort. In future updates, we will add the ability to export these in bulk to support investor tax activities.

• Fund managers using the admin app can now access using single sign-on (SSO) with their corporate Microsoft or Google credentials. This provides your team a smoother, more unified experience, leveraging existing policies like multi-factor authentication to enhance security.
